About Austin Millspaugh
Austin Millspaugh was born and raised in Houston, Texas and started in the beverage industry over 13 years ago while attending college, earning a degree in Architecture. His continuous education working closely with entors, colleagues, and reading literature has allowed his love for cocktails to grow. Austin is always looking to expand his creativity by creating new glassware, barware, and providing a strong culinary take on the flavor profiles in a beverage.
Austin was a finalist in Bombay Sapphire’s global competition, Most Imaginative Bartender where he competed in London against the some of the world’s most creative bartenders. There, he advanced to the final rounds and placed second overall.
Austin has also mentored some up-and-coming bartenders, while working under some of the top cocktail and spirits programs in Dallas. He takes great pride in developing the cocktail community with fellow colleagues and consumers alike. Austin’s wealth of knowledge also comes from his experience with Patron in web content development, and from working as an ambassador for Chartreuse and Heaven’s Door (currently).
He also gained industry experience through judging multiple prestigious competitions on local and national levels. Additionally, some of his noteworthy work can be found in the publications: USA Today, Culture Map, and GQ. Dallas Morning News, and Chilled Magazine.

Calbert Francis is a self taught bartender who moved through the ranks in the Hospitality Industry in Antigua. He graduated from Bartender to Mixologist, to Bar Supervisor then on to Bar Manager. Seeking a greater challenge he then moved into promotions for a local liquor distribution company (Premier Beverages) and just like his progression in the Hospitality Industry, his elevation continued as he moved from Promotions Coordinator into Sales, then Brand Management to his current position Sales and Marketing Manager for the Antigua Distillery Ltd with responsibility for the US Domestic and Duty Free markets.

I walked into E&A Scheer 25 years ago and found a great Rum company and the Spirits industry which has kept me smiling ever since. Now I get to provide users of bulk Rum with great service in supplying custom made Rum blends every day of my working life.
About Niels Benschop
A proud father of two who loves to balance my passion for food and drinks with an active lifestyle. As a food and spirit enthusiast, it is my worst fear is to run out of new taste and flavour experiences. Having worked in the food industry for most of my career, I now get the chance to work for an icon in the rum industry, E&A Scheer, as Chief Commercial Officer. As I am very new in the Rum world, I am eager to get to know the people, products, and stories that drive the business and of course try creating new history.
