About Mike Miller: 

Mike Miller is the owner and operator of Delilah’s in Chicago for the past 27 years. Along with his various interests in art, music and film, Mike is also involved in Bottom Lounge – a music venue in Chicago and a hop farm in Spain. Delilah’s was named Whisky Bar Of The Year in America and then Whisky Bar Of The Year Internationally in 2019. Also in 2019, Mike was inducted into the Whisky Magazine Hall of Fame. A graduate of the University of Buffalo, DePaul University’s Graduate Program and Columbia College’s Film Department, Mike will always be a student of
the world – as he always says, Delilah’s is Booze School seven nights a week.
