About Polly Watts:

Polly helped her dad open the Avenue Pub in the late 80s when she was a senior at Tulane. It started as a neighborhood bar on the Mardi Gras parade route. She followed her career with BellSouth up to Kentucky, but when Katrina hit in 2005 she moved back down to help temporarily. In 2006 her dad passed away and she brought her family back to New Orleans and took over the Pub.

Since 2006 she has been running the Pub and expanded its neighborhood base to a destination bar for craft beer and whiskey.
