About Donald Snyder:

Donald Snyder, Founder and Former President of Whiskey Systems Online, has more than 16 years of experience in the alcohol and beverage industry including holding senior management roles at the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, KY, and MGPI in Lawrenceburg, IN. After leaving the corporate world, Donald founded the Whiskey Systems Online software to help craft distilleries across the country stay in full compliance with TTB reporting. After selling the software in 2020, Donald started a consulting company called “Time and Tasks” to help distilleries of all sizes sharpen their business models, lead team training and development, perform internal audits, advise on Mergers and Acquisitions, and/or be an advisory board member.

About Jay DiPrizio:

As a cofounder of Chicago Distilling Jay brings 15+ years of sales experience to the team as well as a passion for Whiskey. He has been responsible for the core brand creation and continues to lead the R&D side of things at Chicago Distilling. Jay’s current role is maintaining quality standards while envisioning the next innovations for the brands and Distillery. 

About Noelle DiPrizio:

Prior to starting Chicago Distilling Company with her husband, Noelle ran her own Interior Design business following her tenure as the Director of Design Operations for a High End Design Firm in Chicago. Both roles provided her with experience in starting a business from the ground up, operations, managing staff, and prospecting new business. With the birth of their second son coinciding with the opening of the CDco tasting room balancing motherhood and the distillery have been her priority from day one. Noelle also finds time to lead the Illinois Craft Distillers Guild as the first female President and Legislative chair, striving to promote the growth of Craft Distilling in her home state.
